Knocked out by insanely rich dried sardine flavor

Nagahama ramen. The noodles were firm and snappy—this was the ultimate tonkotsu ramen. It was so good I almost ordered shochu by mistake thinking it was chashu.
■Tonkotsu Ramen + Shochu (× If you pour a little shochu into the ramen, you can enjoy both ramen and alcohol at the same time—two birds with one stone!!!)
